Pakistan Red Crescent Society is
looking for a high calibre and dynamic professional for the Routine
Immunization Project, District Branch, Bannu, on contract basis.
Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Contributes towards the general
objective and targets of PRC.
2. adheres to the principles of the
Red Cross and Red Crescent.

Staff Rules and Regulations.
5. The worker might be asked to
carry out the responsibilities and responsibilities that management has given
them, as well as, if necessary, assist other departments.
6. Health education that focuses on
diseases and schedule 7 vaccinations Interpersonal communication and motivation
Organize health education sessions and distribute health promotion materials,
such as IECs and other materials.
9 "Health Facilities Officials,
Community leaders/Influencers and WHO, CTC and Health Department officials TSV,
DSV, and EPI coordinator about project intervention in PRCS selected health
facilities
10: Conducting regular meetings with
the relevant stakeholders at the UC level and District Level: Coordination
meeting planning and execution with UC Health Committee members, community
elders/influencers, and religious leaders regarding smooth field intervention
11: Manage the field staff's work schedules
and make any necessary adjustments. Establish positive working relationships
with project beneficiaries and efficiently address their complaints.
12: Help the field teams conduct
Jirga sessions, events, and focus groups (FGDs) about the significance of
routine vaccination at outreach and fixed sites
13: Conduct interviews with project
beneficiaries to obtain feedback on the quality of programming activities and
suggestions for improvement, as well as overall monitoring and evaluation of
programming activities
14: Plan and carry out regular site visits to
Fixed and Outreach, EOR session monitoring, and social mobilization activities
in the field. Social mobilizers and EPI technicians receive on-the-job training
on VPDs, RI diseases, interpersonal communication, community engagement and
accountability, preparation of RED/REC plans, zero-dosage reporting, vaccine
management, and Cold chain
15: planning and any other job the
line manager gives you.
16: Reporting (reports on field
visits, progress reports on a monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual basis,
minutes of meetings, case studies, success stories, and reports on performance
evaluations)
Eligibility Criteria
Education Medical Doctor
Minimum of two to three years of
relevant work experience, preferably with reputable national or international
humanitarian organizations, in the fields of vaccination health, coordination,
and reporting.
Competencies • Fluency in English,
Urdu, and the local language (Pashto).
• Able to travel to conduct field
visits for the purpose of coordination • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, and Power Point) Age Limit 35 Years Domicile Open (Preference will be
given to local) Salary 120,000 Traveling Extensive Terms and Conditions •

The
Lady Health Visitor will be responsible for MNCH-related activities in the BHU
in close Coordination with Medical Officer.
Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
•
Contributes to the PRC's overarching goals and objectives.
•
Operates in accordance with the principles of the Red Cross and Red Crescent
•
Follows the security regulations and procedures.
•
Respects and abides by PRC's Staff Rules and Regulations.
• If
required, the employee may be asked to support other departments and carry out
management-assigned responsibilities.
•
Ensure that all primary health care services are provided in BHU.
•
Carry out the duties and responsibilities of the delegated surveillance
officer; • Establish and maintain regular communication with the community
(such as the CBO).
• To
guarantee high-quality service, follow the Department of Health's PHC
standards.
•
Gather pertinent information, display it in MNCH, and report it to the
surveillance officer.
•
Attend meetings and training as directed by management.
•
Lead wellbeing instruction meetings and show/convey wellbeing advancement
material.
•
Assist with the RI vaccination at the Fix/Static unit/Health Facility; • Assist
with any additional tasks that arise during the process, as instructed by PRCS
PHQ/NHQ management. Eligibility Criteria
Education
•
LHV Diploma Course from Medical Faculty KP.
•
Valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council.
Experience
•
Min 05 years working & relevant experience preferably in immunization.
• 03
years’ experience in primary/secondary/tertiary care hospital.
•
Preferable experience in gynae/obs and paediatrics.
Competencies
•
Fluency in local language (Pashto), Urdu and English.
•
Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for coordination purposes
•
Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point)
Age Limit: Maximum age limit 45 Years
Domicile: Bannu
Salary: PKR.54,000/-
